Our Story
TELVE-X was born from the needs of real baristas. Observing the difficulties that professionals working in busy coffee shops face with portafilter cleaning, we set out to solve this problem.
During our 2-year research and development process, we perfected our product by working with more than 50 baristas. Every detail was designed based on real usage scenarios.

We provide a 1-year full warranty for TELVE-X. Material and workmanship defects are repaired free of charge under warranty. The warranty period starts from the delivery date of the product.
It is recommended to clean after each portafilter use. Since TELVE-X cleans in 2 seconds, it won't disrupt your workflow. Additionally, the device itself should be cleaned daily.
All spare parts are available in our stock. You can contact our customer service to place an order. Spare parts are delivered within 1-3 business days.
TELVE-X uses specially designed quiet motor technology. Operating noise is below 45 dB, which is lower than normal conversation level. It's not disturbing even during busy hours.
TELVE-X supports 58mm standard portafilter size. This is the most commonly used size in professional espresso machines. Special adapters are available for custom sizes.
TELVE-X's power consumption is 120W. It only consumes energy during use and provides energy savings with its automatic shutdown feature. Monthly electricity cost is very low.
TELVE-X has plug-and-play feature. Only electrical connection is needed. It comes with installation guide and can be installed in 5 minutes. We also offer professional installation service.
Daily external surface cleaning, weekly brush cleaning, and monthly general inspection are recommended. Detailed maintenance guide is provided with the product. We also offer maintenance service.
